There is normally an "S" sign on the side of most OrangeRx receivers indicating the side that the signal wire should be. Black/brown is ground, the centre pin (usually red) is positive. Other end pin (yellow, white, orange) is signal. You won't hurt anything plugging in the wrong way, as positive is in the middle.
